SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1 week to let you know your order is on the way!
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
We ship worldwide, offering a selection of flat rates for all orders.
Please allow 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process your shipment (excludes weekends and holidays). A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. Collective Milo is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN CANADA)
We ship via Canada Post for all orders shipping within Canada.
SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES
Canada Post Regular Parcel: $20 USD flat-rate, expected to arrive within 4-10 business days
Canada Post Expedited Parcel: $40 USD flat-rate, expected to arrive within 2-8 business days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (REST OF THE WORLD)
We ship via FedEx for orders shipping to the US, Asia, Europe, etc. A different courier will be used if Fedex does not ship to a particular country.
SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES
FedEx International Economy: $30 USD flat-rate, expected to arrive within 5-7 business days
FedEx International Express: $50 USD flat-rate, expected to arrive within 2-5 business days
CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES
All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, unclaimed or refused packages and/or failure to pay duty fees upon delivery.
If the customer refuses or does not claim the package, Collective Milo will not re-ship without an additional re-delivery charge. We will contact the customer via email on file to issue store credit in the form of an e-gift card minus the original shipping charges.
Any questions concerning our policy on refused or unclaimed packages should be sent to shop@collectivemilo.com prior to purchasing.
MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of the courier. Collective Milo will not be obligated to handle such issues, however out of courtesy, we will do our best to assist in filing a claim. For more information please contact shop@collectivemilo.com

RETURN POLICY
NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at shop@collectivemilo.com with details of the product and the defect (including photos). You can send the defective item to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
